Refund Policy

 

 

All sales are final with no refund or exchanges. 

Returns 
Items are not eligible for a return because once an item has left the warehouse we cannot confirm what the product has been exposed to or how it has been utilized. 

We honor you as a customer and will always hear your concerns. To complete your inquiry, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be accessible. We ask that the inquiry is placed within 7 days after purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If there was an unfortunate error in your order please email pictures of the contents of wholesale orders to orders@regenwholesale.com , retail orders to admin@regenthebody.com and Kronic Killer orders to sales@kronickiller.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable) 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your photo is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the response from management. We will confirm what the next step will be to adhere to your concern, to confirm if a store credit will be issued. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and applied to your account/profile within 72 hours.

Late or missing credits (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a credit after 7 days  or the email that pictures were originally submitted to. 

Sale/ Clearance  items (if applicable)
All discounted, clearance or sales items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@regenthebody.com for retail items and orders@regenwholesale.com for wholesale items. 

Gifts Cards/Certificates
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
